Server Change Questions.

Okay, So I am not at all someone who knows about any of this. I am all self taught.
I have had BlueHost for years. I started my company out under a different name. FreeDO.info. So everything was set up under that server.
Couple years later I added my personal website (CizreK.com) to this and changed my company to FreeFloToys.com.
My question is this. I had to downgrade on bluehost and cancel everything after backing up all my files. If I were to change my bluehost server to FREEFLOTOYS instead of FREEDOINFO what would this impact. I have a ton of links on my sites for downloads to videos and content that are taken from my FTP.
Example:http://www.FreeDO.info/Data/Videos/Filename.format....
If I upload my back up to the new bluehost account that has gotten rid of FREEDOINFO would the only thing I have to do is go into each link I posted into the C5 Content boxes and change them fromhttp://www.freedo.info/ tohttp://www.Freeflotoys.com/ ?
BlueHost did not really give me any helpful answers. It is only $10 a year for my domains. It is safer to just restore or shift over?
