Setup for clients to test

Hi - I want to give prospective clients test pages which is all fine. The problem I'm having is with the file manager and permissions. Ideally I'd like them to see a blank folder when they go to the file manager ie have their own set (ie not see the main site's files and ones of other clients). How do I go about this? I'm using the latest version of c5
