Hi there

I have a website where I am using the Wordpress for Concrete plugin and am pulling my wordpress blog posts into the site using this.

I am also using AddThis, so that I can allow people to share my posts.

The problem is that when I try and share a post it only sends the title of the news page and the description of the news page, not the title of the post and the excerpt of the post. The URL however is correct.

Please can you help?
