Site down after running cache

Hi
Since runing the clear cache script our site is totally blank, at first it was drawing 70% on the server cpu , now 0%
all the files work as I can switch to another database and this works.
has anyone had this happen to them?

Thanks for the reply but it's not possible to do this as the whole site is serving up blank pages. There is no admin, login or anything.
The database is corrupted by the look of things, so having to trawl through it to see where the process has gone wrong.

What appeared to fix site was, I had to go into the database and delete the last five entries in the table "CollectionVersions", these were appeared to corrupting the site somehow. I think the problem may have been that when the cache was cleared the last page that had been created hadn't been checked out.
However at moment each time a page is edited and published, the site is then blank, if I go back into database delete versions then all is well, except menu not showing.

Uninstalled megamenu and reinstalled after again deleting lines in "CollectionVersions", all is well now.
