site not shown in project list

I have a site which when logged into the dashboard shows it's attached to the marketplace ok (logged in) but in my account and Projects page it doesn't appear so I can't assign add-ons.
I've found some solutions which haven't worked such as check the DB for the Marketplace entries but they don't exist.
Can somebody please help me assign this project to my account?

Have you changed your BASE_URL since you connected your site to the marketplace (like moving it from dev to prod)? If so, click on your old project name and you will see it has two urls - same project but you have it on two locations.
Hi adajad. Yes the project may have moved but the old doesn't show there either.
Hi Bluewater, when you are logged in to your site, go to Dashboard > Extend concrete5. At the bottom of the screen it will show the project page URL for the site. Click on it to see what project it is associated with. It's possible that you connected the site to the community with a different username (bluewaterit maybe). If that's the case, you can follow this tutorial to assign licenses from multiple users to a project:

Hi Julia. The concrete version is still 5.3.3.1 so it's not showing the project url as you suggest. Is there a way to view it in this older version? If it's any help, the site is coopersclassiccars.com.au. Thanks
Hi bluewater, I'd suggest one of two approaches:
1. Upgrade to a newer version of concrete5. The one you are using is quite old. I would suggest 5.5.2.
2. Download and install the add-on manually rather than through your dashboard. To see your licenses and what sites they are assigned to, go to:https://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...
If the license isn't assigned, you can just download the files. If it is assigned, you'll need to release it first. Here's how:

I upgraded the Concrete5 version to the latest then connected to the marketplace again which put the project in my list.
