site theme updated and lost of the website

dear friends.
I updated the website theme and lost most of the website information. How could I back to the previous version to recover it
please help me out!

It sounds like the theme that you updated to has different content area names to those on your original site. Main, Sidebar, Header etc.

If you change the new themes content areas to match the content area names old theme your content should appear again.
