Site Backup

Just finished building a couple of sites using Concrete 5. I would like to back both of them up, but can't find any info on how to do it.

Make a MySQL dump with your favorite mysql program (mysql administrator or phpmyadmin) and if you made any changes to the blocks or files or whatever backup the files from the server through FTP (or something similar) to your local harddrive or where ever.
