site's base URL has changed.????

this is what Concrete 5 said when i tried to download add-ons i purchased......

This site needs to be reconnected to the concrete5 community. This typically occurs because the site's base URL has changed.

concrete5.org Account

You must enter the username and password of a valid concrete5.org account. This user account must be associated with the project as an owner or developer.

Sounds like you need to reconnect your site to the community. What happened when you did?

I'm having the same issue. I have used C5 on numerous sites, but not sure which user/password to use. I have an account I use to post here, I have accounts for all of the sites I have for their admins, etc.

I've tried all of these and none of them work.

I did move the site from our testing server to the client's live server. Up until that point, I was able to connect.

Seriously WTF, concrete5?

The whole philosophy of this CMS is simplicity (for my clients) but even I (web dev for years) can't figure this **** out...

Why do you need us to register anyway? WordPress works like a charm in comparison

Uhh, feel free to download the add-on directly from you my account area and install it by hand.

where are you getting stuck? This thread has different people with different issues at this point.
