Spam Increasing day by day

Its very annoying to see that the spam activity is increasing day by day in C5 forum.

In Jobs board. I'm subscribed to jobs post. But due to spam post, I got several spam mails.

I monitor the jobs board also and the spams are indeed annoying.
They seemed to get flagged with a troll badge but I'm not sure how long it takes before the messages get purged. They seem to stick around for a bit.
I'm not sure if the cure would be worse than the disease but it would be neat if normal users could mark a post as spam. Maybe 5 marks hides a post until a moderator can verify it is spam or not. Obviously this mechanic could be abused and there is a coding cost to creating such a mechanism too.
