I resolved the problem with my hoster
add this line in your .htaccess
SetEnv ZEND_OPTIMIZER 1
and it's incredible.
the remaining problem is when cache is updated ...

I plus one this. Had terrible speed problems and this sorted it right out.
to update cache, I have 2 solutions :
if little changes, only CTL-F5 on updated pages
of to update full site, disable the cache, use a "link" website ashttp://www.verification-des-liens.com... to update the cache, and refill zend cache to true
