splitter block not working

has anyone had this issue when i add a splitter block when i add everything becomes un-selectable all the red edit areas canot be edited?

and the names of the splitter sub areas do not correspond to what i named them?

any ideas anyone

it's not free, most people in the forums can't help you with and and mathias might not see all the messages here, but he's probably monitoring the messages posted at his blocks forum...
