Stationary button possible?

Guys
I've been asked by a customer whether i can install a button to sit by the footer and stay stationary as the page scrolls up and down.
Please see:http://www.cprcallblocker.co.uk/... for an example. This one is a Chat button.
Is there a add on that can do this at all please?

Hi Ian, Is this going in one of my themes by chance? if it is let me know which one and I can probably cook something up for you.

Have you tried just adding a block in any area near the footer and adding position:fixed; bottom: 10px; right: 10px; to the custom Design CSS? Should work...
