Strange one in edit mode... (free licence if sorted)

Hi Guys
I have a strange issue with the Dojo Page Filter I created and if you can help I will give you a free licence! ;-D
When the user clicks to edit the filter menu they can not see the wastebasket icon to delete entries. I have double checked this and they are there.
I'm not sure if it is because the user is not using it on an english site.
I have attached two images, one showing it correctly, in English, and the users screenshot which does not show the icons.
Hope someone can help.

I actually think it may be a problem with the CSS in the core system for the language thats used. I may be wrong.
The user has sent another screenshot (attached) and it is in the code but not on the screen so this is why I think its a CSS issue.
