Submitted forms

Permalink 1 user found helpful
A client of mine has had over 2200 forms submitted on their website and has discovered that over 2000 have disappeared leaving just 41.

These could of been added since the others disappeared. Anyone have any ideas how this might happen are their any built in limits to Concrete5 regarding form data stored.

Version 5.4.2.2

Thanks in advance

That sounds punky at best.
Perhaps there was a database restore from a backup at some point?
There's no limits built into concrete5 about form submissions, and
there's no automated jobs to clean them up.

Any of the devs here will tell ya, we loathe deleting data and rarely
create functions to do so.
best wishes

Thanks for the reply Franz, I'll have to imagine they were deleted by operator error. They are still all there in the Log just not in the Form Results.
