Suggest Clear Cache button on the Edit bar

Guys,
I don't where to make suggestions on the site so here'll do.
Given the edit sticking problems caused by the caching and the need to press Clear Cache quite a bit it would be a good idea (it seems) to have this button on the Edit Bar.
This would also remove the need to make the Site Settings tab available to customers as I am having to do and would rather not for obvious reasons.
