SuperUser cannot login

Guys,

A new one here. I tried to log in into a customer site and got:

'Invalid username or password.'

I tried putting in my email address to recover the password and got:

'We have no record of that email address.'

This has never happened before. Does anybody know of a way round it? A back door to C5 so I can re set the superuser account?
