I don't have any access to the support for several themes that I purchased. They don't show up in my profile either.
How can I get this fixed?

Is it possible you bought these with a different account?

I do see themes in other people's purchase history, so I think that's working okay. I'm wondering if there's any chance you were logged in here with a different account name when you purchased these themes?
If not, can you private message me with the dates of the purchase and I'll dig in deeper and see if something is off on our end.

I'll dig out my receipts tonight when I get home.
After thinking about it, I may have purchased them directly off the c5mix site but I thought I had downloaded them.
