Support for Quicktime

Hi
I am in the process of getting to grips with concrete 5 and need to be able to embed a quicktime .mov file movie onto a page and do not know where to start.
Youtube can't come to my aid as the movie is a virtual tour around a building where the visitor directs the point of view by moving their mouse around.
Any help as to how I may accomplish embedding a .mov file would be gratefully appreciated.

the video block does this. just add it and upload your movie through it.. if you set the width and height right, it should do everything else for ya.
Hopefully, when I get to getID3 integration, setting the dimensions (or at least aspect ratio) will be automatic.
I just started playing with the video player and uploaded a .mov I just made. How do you set it so it doesn't play automatically on page load?
