Where do you remove the pie chart from the survey block?

I have moved the survey block to root and have since looked in controller.php and view.php but cannot find it simply.

I know they are not looking to update the block but a simple checkbox for the chart would be great. The other results in percentage/bar form are plenty of feedback.

I would also like to add some CSS to the survey question if anybody is feeling particularly useful today.
