I'm doing a t-shirt website for a company in Ireland. They plan on selling into the UK too but shipping is more expensive to the UK than to Ireland.
They basically want to have basic delivery costs that go up depending on number of items ordered & also have some way of applying this rule to the costs for shipping to UK also. Any help appreciated.

I have the table shipping add-on installed & am using it like so:
1-2 items: €4.50
3-4 items: €7.00
5+ items: free
These are costs for shipping within Ireland. I need some way of setting up quantities within zones so if someone in the UK orders 3 shirts, they pay the correct rate for their location. If I've looked at the set up correctly, I can only set it for either or. Is that right?
