theme designer?

does anyone want to earn some cash?
i need a theme and iv tried to do it myself but failed. if i drew it out could someone create it for me. its only on a blank white background its just the editable areas that i want different to anything out there already?

have a look at the type of theme layout i would like. i dont think this would take too long to create its just i dont really know how to do it properly
