Themes and the look of website

Hello,
I recently switched to concrete5 from using html and php. we were told how easy it was and how it can truly enhance the look of your website. from seeing all the sites made through concrete5 and the examples that were showed to us we were intrigued and so downloaded it and started to use it. Although we still have a few unanswered questions. 1. how can you set the overall background of your site to a picture. 2. how can you move around the blocks in your site? does this require buying a template.
3. what are the differences between the bought and free templates and if there are large ones how do we find out those to purchase or find the correct one.

I hope that you can answer these questions and please get back to me asap as I have a lot of customers.

Greg

In answer to your questions:

1. To set a background image, there are some themes that allow for this. Also, there are a number of useful addons for this:

2. To move blocks around: while in edit mode, simply click on the block you want to move. A options dialog box opens up, so select the "move" option. From here, you can simply drag n drop the block to where you want it.

3. Free themes are generally not supported as much as paid ones are. You can check out my profile to see some of my themes! I suggest getting a "responsive" theme.
