Trouble checking out on c5 store

Hi, I am trying to purchase an add-on from the online store for a client. I am getting an error when I submit the information for purchase the error I am getting:

Our credit card processing service ran into an error while trying to run your card:
This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type.

I have now tried 2 different cards with no success. They are client cards, but I have all the information on each card entered correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bryce,

That generic error is from the card being rejected for some reason. If you want to PM me details (date/time of transaction and name on the card), I can try and get more details from the card processor. I can see transactions going through all morning, so it doesn't seem to be a site problem.
