Tweeter add-in has error and cannot interact with it

how do i delete an add-in that I cannot get to the management interfact (tweeter1.0.7)

You can log in via FTP & go to the /packages directory. Look for the tweeter folder & delete it (that is, if you are unable to delete it via the dashboard as you say).
