My site is off-line & im getting this message, where should i start ? Thanks

The message says it all:

Unable to connect to database.

Either your database credentials are bad, or the mysql server is down.

I'm having this problem now. Were you able to solve your problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi, yes the mysql server was the cause so the problem was on our hosts side

That's the same problem that we are having. Our MySQL server is not working and doesn't see the database. How did your host resolve the problem?
