Unable to create a user account.
PermalinkWhen I try, I get the message:
The email address "name@site.com" is already in use.
I don't see the use in the users list (I see 3 users...this isn't one of them).
When we try to log in to the account, it says it isn't activated. Is there somewhere I can see un/de-activaed accounts?
When we try to log it in, we see:
This account has not yet been validated. Please check the email associated with this account and follow the link it contains.
We don't get this email, but get all others we send from the system.
1. Go to the 'Members' section in your dashboard
2. In the search box click on 'Advanced'
3. Click on 'Add field'
4. Choose 'Validated'
