Unable to delete Advertisement

I am running Concrete5 5.5.1 along with the Advertisement Block versions 1.7.3
When I try to remove a advertisement from the Manage Ads screen by clicking the Delete button, I get the "Are you sure" confirm popup window. I answer yes, the screen refreshes and returns to the Manage Ads screen. The problem is that the ad I tried to delete is still there.
Any thoughts?

Has anyone ever figured this out? I am working on an older C5 site that makes use of 64 instances of this Advertisement block. I cannot edit the block to incorporate a URL...there simply isn't the option to type. I would hate to have to recreate all 64 instances of this just to add the link. Any suggestions?
Could you provide a bit more information about what your issue is, it seems your original post and this one do not talk about the same issue. Some screenshots of where you are trying to do things would be very helpful too.
It seems that you can't edit the previously created advertisement in the UI. I ended up updating the url I needed to in the database, but I couldn't even find Advertisements in the Addon marketplace for the old C5. I figured the developers just gave up on it. If I come up with another problem I'll post a screen shot. Thanks for replying.
