Unable to delete some blocks

Newbie here....
I started building my own website recently (using Column Cruiser Theme). There are 3 links in the upper right corner (that aren't in the block):
Login
My Profile
Imprint
How do I get rid of these? Also, before somebody refers me to source code or root directory, I'm still trying to figure out how to find these. Can you access this code through the dashboard?

you need to go in the theme files, <yourc5install>/packages/theme_column_cruiser etc you need to edit the full, default, view etc not controller though

I found the header.php file you are referring to. Do I delete this file, or am I supposed to edit code? I went into edit the php file, but I am in new territory here and don't want to mess up my website.

it's located in the elements/header.php
just remove the links and it should disappear.
