i am using foundation 5 for my website

theme and all addons and website were working great until my migration from plesk to cpanrl linux vps site did work great for about 3 or 4 houes then overnight died.

now no login or access of any kind
my question if i re-install foundation might this help clear things up?? what will happen to the content and structure of my pages?? and addons??
any ideas greatly appreciayed
