Unable to Login???

I am no longer able to login to my site,
If I login, it simply refreshes the login page, The only method I am able to log on with is to recover password, and once I've changed the password, It logs me in.
This morning I woke up and my site.php file was missing, I was able to build a new one and get my site back online Unsure if this is related,
Any thoughts? we are very much a user based site.

That has been done. I am unsure how this happened.
But my main issue still stands, new members can't seem to register and I am unable to login. It simply refreshes the login page over and over, does not give an incorrect password or anything. just reloads.

Someone else in the forums had the same kind of thing happen recently where unauthorized changes were happening to their files. Franz added his advice here:
