Unable to remove myself from monitored discussions

I purchased an add-on a few weeks ago and had difficulty getting it to function for me. I was monitoring their support discussions when trying to fix my issue. The issue was unresolved and I received a refund. (Thank you, great feature!) However, I'm still getting emails from the monitored support threads. Since I no longer have the license I can't get in to remove myself. The add-on author says he doesn't have any control, either.

Send a pm to julia ( http://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/view/84403/... ). If she can't fix it herself she will most likely have someone else on the core team to solve this.
