unable to remove themes - v8.2

Installed several themes of mine and also Stucco and Artist theme (currently in PRB). Elemental will uninstall (remove button) in the themes area but none of the others will uninstall. they are uninstallable in the Add Functionality area.

Can confirm.

Also after updating why is the members page in the main nav and had glitch where going to home page kept logging me out, needed to clear cache and refresh browser?

BTW: I updated by replacing the 'concrete' folder and running the 'script'.
