Understanding an error that has just popped up

Hello,
I just logged in to see about running an update to a module; whilst doing so I cleared the cache and then noticed the following warning come up? Any ideas what I should do please?

Thank you for your reply where exactly do I look for this - which php file?
File location is mentioned in error .
Hello again,
I looked at that location and cannot see a white space after the close of the php tag. I am perplexed by the error as the site has been working fine for a year!

Hello Andrew,
That error popped up yesterday after I ran a back-up and then the CRON jobs. I was thinking of upgrading to the latest version of C5 but am now hesitant of doing this.
So the error was showing in a box at the top of the Administrator screen which I copied and posted here yesterday and today... no error at all shows up, and yes the site is working fine!? Really not sure what is going on. I did look at the two locations mentioned in the error but couldn't see any thing wrong.

Please check both file , there is white space after php close tag " ?>"
