undo monitoring?

The answers have helped but how do I stop getting e-mails when done? Thx.

Go back to the original thread you posted, and look in the right sidebar. There should be a link that says "Stop Monitoring." Click on that and then click the link in the window that confirms that you want to stop monitoring the particular thread.
