Hello. I just rebuilt my site and moving my users over. last time I rebuilt and moved I used the global password reset and got all kinds of problems! This time I simply sent out an email asking them to manually reset their passwords by clicking on the the "forgot password" link from the log in page. Already I have reviece a complaint that it is not working. The screen shot from my user was of my Sign In Page but with a message box that read:
" Unable to Validate Token- The token you provided doesn't appear valid. Please paste the URL exactly as it appears in the email or visit the forgot password page again to have a new token generated". My User tried 4 times to reset her password and finally contacted me. I reset it manually as Admin, but I would really appreciate a solution before I have to do this for every member of the website! Thanks very much for any help. I am using a fresh 8.3.2 with the SuperMint Theme.
