URGENT: Website down, who can help me?
Hi,
I'm Michael, and I'm a web project manager. I have a client whose website went down a few days ago. Reason: no freaking idea why...
I have consulted a few programmer friends, but none has come up with a diagnostic.
You can check the error message on the following link:
http://www.americanaloghomes.com/home/...
And if that wasn't enough, the programmer that built the website, as pass away last year... and he was the one with the Admin information for the CMS. Although, I did get my hands on the informations to log into the cPanel, etc.
So this case has 2 problems:
- What the dang is wrong with the website?
- How does someone retrieves or reset an Admin account on a C5 CMS?
I would like to thank you in advance for all inputs
A desperate friend,
Michael

Searching for some of those errors I found this threadhttp://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/usage/urgent-problem/... the suggestions there by JohnTheFish make sense. If you can gain access to the admin, try clearing the cache. Check on the updates and version.
Who would have been running updates on the site recently?

So you can do password reset, but if the admin account has your previous developers email that has to be manually changed in the database first before the password reset will help.
