users sending messages to each other version 5.6.2.1

I used an old version of concrete5 and it used to allow users to send messages to each other after they logged in but in the new version I can't see were this is and if it is still possible? I have a site that I have a list of members on one page and they want to be able to email each other, maybe even create a forum also? Any ideas?
