Using keypad when editting on ipad.

Hello everyone. I using my ipad to edit copy. I can get into the dashboard, I can edit a page, I can even open the block I want to edit. However I can't get my keypad to work...which renders me helpless. Does anyone have thoughts about what it is that I'm doing wrong. Thanks...Reine

Have you tried selecting a different editor? This article I did may help you switch:
