The start growing plant is actually not ours, its stock art that we threw in the bottom of the page to add some color beyond blue. ;) I wouldn't bother with much branding on it because you'll see it all around the web.
basically if you want to be promoting your concrete5 services with our logo, you should join the partner program. If you're building a community site about concrete5, that's okay but only if you link back to concrete5.org whenever you use the logo
