VCard

Hi,

My client wants me to add a link to his existing vcard. I'm currently working with a Concrete5 template, but have never done anything with a vcard before.

Can anyone provide any information on how this works?

He said he wants the link to be under his "contact" information.

Thank you.

Can you use this free add-on from the marketplace?

There's also a paid add-on

Hope this is helpful :)

Hi Adrian,

My client already has a Microsoft vcard and just wants me to link to it. Do you know how I go about linking to it?

This add-on looks like I'm creating a new one.

Thank you for you reply!

I haven't used the format so I'm of limited help. I believe the addons allow the format to be viewed on your site. To "link" to an existing one, I would assume needs a URL for the file to link to. You may want to try to add it to your file manager for downloading. If the format doesn't work, the allowable file extensions for your site can be added to at Dashboard > System & Settings > Permissions & Access > Allowed File types

Post your results if it works out please
