Guys,
This new version has come out to great fanfare. Why therefore are all my sites are only saying I need to update to 5.4.2.2?
None of them are saying I should upgrade to 5.5?

For right now we are requiring people to upgrade sites to 5.4.2.2 first, and then to 5.5. This way we can hopefully minimize some of the challenges around upgrading, and display the right warnings and information to people before they install 5.5.1.
