Stop mp4 autoplay

Guys,
A customer wants to insert two radio ad mp4 files onto a page. He has used the video player block which works.

However it autoplays and he wants to insert two which will then play concurrently...not ideal.
Is there any way to stop mp4 files autoplaying please?
