What does it takes for this company to answer a simple question? I purchased the Minified theme sevral days ago. Sevral fellow concretians have sent me email stating that they code differently than normal concrete conventions. I have sent numerous email to their website as well as through our forums here at concrete5. I just want to know how to make the site name larger since their directions are non-existent and they don't follow normal concrete conventions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm becoming extremely frustrated and have spent way too much time on this one thing!!
Thanks

In the top left hand corner is the site name. It is very small. I am attempting to enlarge it in Verdana Font. On the website it states that it is done via the dashboard> scrapbook> global> My_Site_Name. That doesn't exist. So I went to the .css pages. There is nothing noted that is normal in concrete. It appears to be calling to logo.png but for the life of me I can't follow it.
I truly appreciate your offer to look at it, but I would really like to know how it is done since I have spent a tremendous amount of time on this. What info do you need from me? The site is eileenshometreasures.com. It is private so I would need to turn it on.
Thanks for your reply

Can you zip the site up for me and dump the database and I can dig into it? Or give FTP and/or SSH access?

Hi Josh,
First off, thx. Yes I hv created a FTP account for you. Not sure if it is resolved as yet.<snip>
I really appreciate the assistance. I also would really like to know the file that ends up being manipulated and what that script is, if you don't mind. This one has really baffled me and it's great for my knowledge base. I liked these guys themes. Just a little more difficult to follow.
Again, if you need anything additional, let me know. My direct email is joen125@gmail.com.
Cheers

a couple things. First, I wouldn't post that info in the forums. Anyone can access it, no matter what their reasons for doing so. Instead pm people the information that they need. Another thing- I just tried to connect, but I can't view any files- I think you didn't set the permissions correctly.
but try adding this css to your stylesheet:
#logo a {font-size: 30px!important;/*30 can be changed to fit your needs */}
Next time you should PM him your username and password. Now the whole world has it. Anyway, change or delete that account asap.

Well its probably best you try and adding "My_Site_Name" to your global scrapbook first.
Simply add a new content block with your site name and configure the size and such. Then just rename it to: "My_Site_Name".
This will be a lot easier that trying to edit css (especially if for some reason there is an upgrade to the theme).
It does suck that you couldn't get a response but yet again the developers do have a responsibility to answer all questions within 48 hours (http://www.concrete5.org/developers/marketplace-submission-rules/). So take that into consideration.
Hope that helps :-)

Well I would be too in this case. Might want to let the core team know about your troubles. After all they do run the MP here.
Let me know if that helps.

Glad I could help. :-)
I've troubleshot some easy install sites for people before and the scrapbook does not contain the "my_site_name" file. But then as soon as I create it the other one magically appears but it has {{CCM_SITE}} in it instead of the site name. Then I delete mine and modify the original and concrete bliss is restored.
that should be fixed in the next version of c5, in the install sql files, just remove the config values in the sample content and no sample content.
FYI - when I loaded the core , I loaded it with no sample content. Then purchased and loaded the Minified Theme.
Thx

Thanks to everyone for the help, tips and suggestions!! Thomas' suggestion worked like a charm!!
