Just wondering about a few things and wasn't sure where to post. For starters though, I just this up and running and I have to say that I am indeed impressed thus far. Period.
So here are some questions, if anyone could just answer them concisely,as in just point me in the right direction.

I need to limit to the number of votes a person can cast per week, based on their group.
I need to track the number of votes a user has received all tolled. Or similarly having a userpoint system would work too.

I need to allow users to pick a theme for their created content, but limit the themes they can choose based on group. As in they pick how each work they submit looks.

Thanks in advance for anyone who doesn't just link me to that giant learn PHP book on amazon.

Also, how do I find out how much it would cost to have these things made if they don't already exist.
