Website in conc folder

Hi, I'm new to this and I've got my site to a point that I want to publish it. It's under the conc folder at present. How do I get it to my site frdonline.info. If you go to my site you get "Index of /cgi.bin conc & ftpRodsSite". if you go into "Conc" folder the home page opens. Thanks, Rod
