website issue

I'm having a problem with my site... I don't know what I have done but I am unable to navigate away from the home page. it doesn't matter which navigation icon I click on in the navigation bar it will load that page and show the correct url but show the home page.

Does anyone know how I rectify this so the navigation bar works properly??

You just disable the pretty URL from admin panel & then re-enable it. I think it will work for you.

thanks for this...it works fine with the pretty url's disabled but when they are enabled then it doesn't work....so i am going to leave them disabled.

will this have any detriment on anything else??
