What about MySql licencing with concrete5 ?

Hi everybody,
I'm new to concrete5 and after using it, i find it great ! So, i'm certainly going to use it for some of my clients.
My question is about the use of mysql, wich is under dual licencing.
So, for my client, for who the website is for commercial purpose, will they have to pay a mysql server licence ?
And i will certainly develop an application for my clients which is going to use their mysql base, the one used by concrete5. Is there a licencing problem with it too ?
thanks for your reply
