Wow! interesting and annoying all at once. I would be curious how you accomplished that but there would be no way I'd use it.
Haha! Well, here's the main idea:
* { text-shadow: 0px 0px 15px #000;/* -0.3em 0.1em 0.2em #000, 0.4em -0.3em 0.2em #000;*/ transition: text-shadow 2s linear 0.5s, color 2s linear 0.5s; -moz-transition: text-shadow 2s linear 0.5s, color 2s linear 0.5s; -webkit-transition: text-shadow 2s linear 0.5s, color 2s linear 0.5s; color: rgba(0,0,0,0); } *:hover { text-shadow: #fff 0px 1px 2px; color: #000; transition: text-shadow 0.1s linear 0s, color 0.1s linear 0s; -moz-transition: text-shadow 0.1s linear 0s, color 0.1s linear 0s; -webkit-transition: text-shadow 0.1s linear 0s, color 0.1s linear 0s; }
Got an eye doctor for a client there celwell?
Add a windshield wiper animation and than see if Bridgestone is looking for a new site for their wiper line.
I find it amusing but rather annoying as a theme.
I'm thinking that the blur effect could be made into an add-on instead of a theme. It could be a simple add-on, where a user inputs text and choose how the effect is applied.
I think some would find this useful as an addon rather than a theme.

I agree. Cool effect. There could be some useful applications as an add-on if the effect could be used with other themes.
Yeah, an add-on would be a better way to go. I love the idea of it being used on the eye doctor of wind shield wiper site. I think it would be better suited for spot use in a site as a special design element, just not as a main design element. It is cool though.
very cool!
