What does this error message mean?

You must make /home2/example/public_html/concrete/config/../libraries/3rdparty/htmldiff.py executable in order to compare versions of pages.

I was trying to compare two different versions of a page.

This thread explains what you need to do to get past this error (involves setting the permissions to 755 for the htmldiff.py file.)
