What general web dev / design forums do you visit?

This community has some really helpful people on it. It's a quality crowd here, imo. I have joined a few forums about web dev and design in the past and haven't really found anything quite this good anywhere else. Not sure if it's because we're still a small community or what, but I would like to know what other forums you guys belong to where you might discuss non-C5 aspects of development and design.

i come from yiiframework.com, it's was one year ago, someone said concrete5 in some cms thread, and i'm curios and try it. it was prety impresive for the first look. but if you want to make a custom like 'Unlimited dropdown menu with arrow and bg image' or something else, you must think more deeper, and knowledge deeper for c5. maybe until you get 'expert II medal' and here i'm leaving all my footprint in the thread or if paypal is common in your country, you can just paid add-on
